Transparent, all-inclusive pricing in GBP for sites across the United Kingdom. Typical travel costs (road, rail, local taxis) are included in every visit, so you see one number and know your exposure up front.

Pricing below applies to typical commercial sites up to 10,000 sq ft across mainland UK. Larger or unusually complex facilities, very remote locations, or sites requiring overnight stays may be quoted separately. In rare cases where travel falls outside normal patterns, incremental costs may be passed through at cost and agreed with you in advance.

Site Reality Pack — Single Visit (Basic)

One-off visit when you need visuals and key facts without committing to a bundle.

"From" pricing assumes typical commercial sites in major markets, up to 10,000 sq ft, with weekday access. Remote or complex sites, night/weekend access, enhanced narrative reporting, drone capture, and stakeholder representation may be quoted at a higher rate and agreed in advance.

Rush delivery is billed at +25% of the applicable visit rate. Night (6pm–6am) or weekend access is billed at +50%.

Full narrative reporting, drone coverage, and stakeholder representation are included in monthly bundles and available as add-ons to single visits.

For landlords, funds, and occupiers running multiple projects a month across the U.K., bundled capacity makes planning simple. Each bundle includes a set number of full visits; extra visits are billed at a flat per-visit rate.

From £1,000 as a half-day add-on when combined with a Site Reality, Progress, or Diligence visit. Standalone representation days can be quoted separately based on location and agenda.
