Multi-site rollout documentation.
Rollout Programmes
Rollout programmes live or die on consistency. When you're opening or renovating twenty locations across twelve states, the last thing you need is a different survey format, a different deliverable structure, or a different standard of work at each one. Alturascope was built for exactly this — and our lessons from surveying 500+ commercial locations explain why. One brief, one standard, consistent deliverables — regardless of where the building is.
Same deliverable. Every site. Every time.
Every site in a rollout programme produces the same package through our ScopeWalk platform: a navigable digital twin, a structured conditions report, an equipment and fixture schedule, above-ceiling documentation where required, and a labeled photo storyboard. Your design team briefs from the same format on site one as they do on site fifty. Your procurement team has consistent equipment data across the entire portfolio. Your project manager can compare any two sites side by side without translating between different survey formats.
We coordinate access, travel, and scheduling nationally — travel costs are included in programme pricing, not added per visit. For programmes running across multiple states or provinces simultaneously, we can mobilise across locations in parallel rather than sequentially, compressing your pre-construction timeline.
ScopeWalk gives your programme team a single portal for every site in the rollout — searchable, comparable, and permanently accessible. Not a shared folder. A structured programme record.
If your rollout includes store refreshes or prototype updates, our guide to retail rebrand rollout site surveys shows why the survey standard set at the first location affects every site that follows.
The same programme logic applies in clinical and development pipelines as well: see our guides to healthcare multi-site survey documentation and franchise shell surveys for new locations.
Built for programme operators.
We work with PE-backed operators running acquisition and renovation programmes, franchise groups documenting new locations before fit-out, healthcare networks expanding into new markets, and retail operators standardising their estate documentation. We also work with design-build firms and fit-out contractors who need a consistent documentation sub-vendor across their client programmes.
That includes ABA therapy platforms opening new clinics, documenting inherited portfolios, and comparing location suitability against a repeatable clinical programme.
If you have more than one site and need the documentation to be consistent across all of them — this is what we do.
The process.
01
Brief once
We align on the deliverable standard for the programme before the first site visit. That standard applies to every subsequent visit without re-briefing.
02
We handle logistics
Access coordination, travel, and scheduling across multiple locations — managed centrally. Travel costs included in programme pricing.
03
Consistent capture
Every site follows the same disciplined route through ScopeWalk. Same structure. Same labeling. Same level of detail.
04
Programme-level access
All sites in a single ScopeWalk portal. Compare any two locations. Brief consultants directly. Track programme progress.
Sector Specialisms
Multi-site documentation across the sectors that matter.
Every sector has its own documentation requirements. A QSR restaurant survey captures kitchen equipment and above-ceiling exhaust routing. An ABA clinic survey documents ceiling heights, acoustic separation, and elopement prevention. A retail rebrand survey records storefront conditions and fixture infrastructure. The methodology is consistent. The sector knowledge runs deep.

How do you maintain consistency across multiple sites? +
Consistency is built into our process. During the initial programme brief, we establish the deliverable standard — capture scope, labeling conventions, report structure, and ScopeWalk configuration — and apply it identically to every subsequent site visit. Every site produces the same deliverable architecture in the same format through the same portal. Your team learns it once and uses it across the entire programme without translating between different survey formats.
Can you run multiple site visits in parallel across different states? +
Yes. For programmes with compressed timelines, we can mobilise across multiple states or provinces simultaneously rather than visiting locations sequentially. This is particularly valuable for operators who need multiple sites documented within a tight pre-construction window. All logistics are coordinated centrally and every site delivers through the same ScopeWalk programme portal.
How is programme pricing structured? +
Programme pricing is structured on a per-site basis with travel included — there are no separate travel charges added per visit. The per-site rate reflects the scope established during the programme brief. For larger programmes, pricing improves with volume. We provide a clear schedule of rates before the first visit so your team can budget the entire programme with confidence.
What is ScopeWalk and how does it work for multi-site programmes? +
ScopeWalk is our proprietary delivery platform. For multi-site programmes, it functions as a programme-level portal: every site in the rollout is accessible through a single interface, with consistent structure and labeling across all locations. Your team can compare any two properties side by side, track programme progress, and brief consultants directly from the portal. It is not a shared folder — it is a structured programme record.
Do you work with design-build firms and fit-out contractors as a sub-vendor? +
Yes. We work with a number of design-build firms, fit-out contractors, and project management consultancies as their documentation sub-vendor — providing consistent pre-construction and as-built surveys across their client programmes. If you need a reliable documentation partner for your project pipeline, we'd like to hear about it.
What size of programme do you work with? +
We work with programmes ranging from 5 sites to 200+. The deliverable standard and the ScopeWalk platform work identically regardless of programme size. What changes with scale is the coordination — scheduling, parallel mobilisation, and programme-level reporting. We scope the logistics to fit the programme, not the other way around.
